Our ponies are picked for their temperament, trainability and suitability for the job. We keep to a consistent and varied training plan to ensure a happy and healthy life for all our horses.
🐴 Meet Peanut 🐴
Peanut is a miniature Shetland gelding standing at just 8hh. Despite his small size, he has a huge personality and is a firm favourite wherever he goes!
Over the past few years, Peanut has had the pleasure of visiting hundreds of settings, bringing smiles, confidence, and joy to people of all ages. His kind nature and gentle temperament have made him a much-loved little pony.
Today, Peanut has an important role within our team, looking after our youngest riders and helping them begin their equestrian journey. Whether it's their very first ride, learning how to groom, or simply spending time with a pony, Peanut is always patient, trustworthy, and ready for cuddles.
We are incredibly lucky to have this little superstar as part of our team. ❤️🐴✨
🐴 Meet Rosie 🐴
Rosie is a lovely Welsh Mountain Pony standing at 11.2hh, just a little smaller than Willow but with just as much character!
Rosie brings a wealth of experience to the team, having previously enjoyed life as a games pony. She loves having a job to do and still enjoys the opportunity to pop over a jump whenever she can.
A kind and dependable pony, Rosie looks after riders of all abilities, helping to build confidence in younger riders while still being great fun for those with a little more experience. Her willing attitude and gentle nature make her a firm favourite with children.
When she's not busy teaching her riders, Rosie can usually be found spending time with her best friend, Lady. The pair are often inseparable and enjoy each other's company both in the field and around the yard.
With her experience, enthusiasm, and love of children, Rosie is a valued member of our team and a wonderful pony for riders to learn and grow with. ❤️🐴✨
🐴 Meet Willow 🐴
Willow is a charming Welsh Mountain Pony standing at 12hh, and one of the most experienced members of our team.
A wise old gentleman who has truly seen the world, Willow has spent many years bringing smiles to people's faces and sharing his kind nature with everyone he meets. He thoroughly enjoys spending time with children and has a wonderful way of making even the most nervous riders feel relaxed and confident.
Willow is patient, dependable, and always happy to take life at a steady pace, making him a much-loved friend to many of our younger riders.
When he's not busy looking after his little humans, Willow can usually be found spending time with his two best mates, Wispa and Peanut. The trio are often seen together, enjoying each other's company and keeping a watchful eye on everything happening around the yard.
With his gentle nature, wealth of experience, and love for children, Willow is a very special member of our team and one that holds a place in many hearts. ❤️🐴✨
🐴 Meet Wispa 🐴
Wispa is a lovely 13.1hh cob mare with a big heart and an even bigger personality.
She absolutely loves her work and is always willing to please, approaching every job with enthusiasm and a positive attitude. Wispa is a brave, talented little mare who happily looks after riders of all abilities, from complete beginners to more experienced riders.
Don't be fooled by her size—Wispa may be one of the smaller members of the team, but she has no trouble keeping up with the bigger horses all day long! Whether she's out hacking, taking part in activities, or teaching riders new skills, she always gives 100%.
When she's not working, Wispa can usually be found following Dancer around the field, doing her very best to win over her affection. While Dancer may play hard to get, Wispa remains her loyal admirer and constant shadow!
With her kind nature, determination, and willingness to turn her hoof to anything, Wispa is a much-loved member of our team and a favourite with riders of all ages. ❤️🐴✨
🐴 Meet Lady 🐴
Lady is our latest recruit, standing at 13.3hh, and she has settled into the team beautifully.
She is proving to be a kind, dependable, and loving character who enjoys spending time with both horses and humans alike. With a wealth of experience and a variety of activities under her belt, Lady has plenty to offer riders of all ages and abilities.
Lady looks after riders of all levels, from those just starting their riding journey to more experienced riders looking to develop their skills. Her calm and willing nature makes her a fantastic confidence-giver, while her experience means she is always ready to take on new challenges.
One thing Lady particularly loves is jumping! She is always keen to pop over a fence and thoroughly enjoys getting out and about, making her a fun and versatile member of the team.
When she's not busy teaching her riders, you'll often find her spending time with her best friend, Rosie, enjoying life around the yard.
We are delighted to have Lady as part of our team and look forward to seeing her continue to thrive in her new role. ❤️🐴✨
🐴 Meet Legacy 🐴
Legacy is the youngest member of the yard, a handsome 2-year-old Irish Draught colt with a very exciting future ahead of him.
Affectionately known as "Legs," Legacy is already a big chap and is expected to mature to around 17hh. With his impressive build, lovely temperament, and quality breeding, we have big plans for him and hope that one day he will become our stud stallion.
Although he's still young, Legacy is growing into a confident and inquisitive youngster who enjoys learning about the world around him. He has a bright future ahead, and we're enjoying watching him develop into a fine young horse.
When he's not busy growing, Legacy can usually be found spending time with his best friend, Ace. The pair have formed a special bond, with Ace taking on the role of babysitter and helping guide the youngster through life on the farm.
We can't wait to see what the future holds for Legacy and are excited to watch him grow into the magnificent horse we know he can become. ❤️🐴✨
🐴 Meet Ninja 🐴
Ninja is a striking 16hh Friesian × Section D gelding with a kind and gentle nature that makes him a firm favourite with riders and visitors alike.
A versatile all-rounder, Ninja loves heading out on hacks and exploring the countryside, but he's equally happy popping a jump and showing off his enthusiasm in the arena. In fact, if there's a jump involved, you'll usually find Ninja at the front of the queue!
When he's not working, Ninja enjoys spending his downtime with his good friend, Douglas. The pair can often be found relaxing together and getting up to mischief around the yard.
Ninja looks after a wide variety of riders, from those building confidence to more experienced riders. He's often the first horse you'll meet when you visit us, always ready to greet you with his friendly personality and inquisitive nature.
With his loving temperament, versatility, and passion for jumping, Ninja is a valued member of our team and a horse that many riders quickly fall in love with. ❤️🐴✨
🐴 Meet Douglas 🐴
Douglas is a handsome 16hh Irish Draught gelding.
Still a young horse, Douglas is currently progressing well through his backing and education. He approaches everything with a calm, laid-back attitude and is always keen to investigate anything new that catches his eye. His inquisitive nature and willingness to learn make him a pleasure to work with.
As he continues his training, Douglas is growing in confidence every day and showing all the qualities we love to see in a young horse. We are excited to watch him develop and look forward to seeing what the future holds for him.

🐴 Meet Dancer 🐴
Dancer is a stunning 16.2hh Sport Horse mare with a wonderful personality and a versatile attitude to work.
She loves nothing more than heading out to explore the mountains, taking in the scenery and enjoying a good adventure. Equally, Dancer is happy showing off her schooling skills and will happily ride a lovely dressage test.
In true mare fashion, Dancer knows exactly what she wants and when she wants it! You'll often find her calling out for extra treats, attention, and affection from anyone passing by. Her cheeky character and loving nature make her a firm favourite with both riders and visitors alike.
Dancer looks after riders of all abilities, from complete beginners to more experienced riders. Her kind nature, reliability, and willingness to adapt to her rider make her a valuable member of our team.

🐴 Meet Myrtle 🐴
Myrtle is a beautiful 16.2hh Warmblood mare who has been part of the farm for the past few years as Andrea's personal horse. We are very privileged to now welcome her into our riding school team.
Myrtle is a talented and experienced mare who looks after our advanced adult riders. She thoroughly enjoys hacking and is usually found marching confidently at the front of the ride, ears pricked and ready for the next adventure.
While hacking is one of her favourite pastimes, Myrtle is equally impressive in the arena. She has a lovely way of going and can produce an awesome dressage test, showcasing her training, elegance, and athleticism.
With her kind nature, wealth of experience, and enthusiasm for her work, Myrtle is a fantastic addition to the team and a pleasure for our riders to enjoy.
We are excited for the next chapter of her journey and know she will quickly become a favourite with many of our riders. ❤️🐴✨
🐴 Meet Ciara 🐴
Ciara is a beautiful 16.3hh Irish Draught mare who joined our team last July after making the journey across the Irish Sea.
Throughout her life, Ciara has been a wonderful mother, dedicating many years to raising her foals. After enjoying a few years away from ridden work, she has returned as though she has never been away, taking everything in her stride with a calm and willing attitude.
Since joining us, Ciara has settled in brilliantly and continues to impress us with her kind nature and eagerness to learn. Ciara now looks after riders of all levels, from those building confidence to more experienced riders. She thoroughly enjoys heading out on a hack and exploring the countryside, but she is equally happy turning her hoof to anything asked of her in the school.
We are looking forward to continuing her education and are delighted to have her as part of our riding school team.

🐴 Meet Ace 🐴
Ace is a handsome 17hh Irish Sports Horse with a fantastic temperament and a wonderfully laid-back attitude to life.
A true gentleman, Ace enjoys a pampered lifestyle and all of his home comforts. When he's not hard at work, you'll often find him spending time babysitting the young boy, Legacy, taking his responsibilities very seriously and proving just how kind and trustworthy he is.
Under saddle, Ace is a versatile and capable horse who looks after our intermediate to advanced riders. His willing nature, steady attitude, and wealth of experience make him a pleasure to ride, whether schooling, hacking, or taking part in more challenging activities.
